Are you actually Gas Safe registered, and can I check? +
Yes, every engineer working on gas appliances for us is Gas Safe registered, which is a legal requirement for anyone touching your boiler or gas supply. You can ask to see the ID card when we arrive, and it's worth doing with any plumber, not just us.
Do you give a fixed price before starting work? +
We quote the job after seeing it or hearing the full details, and that's the price you pay, not a starting figure that grows once we're in. If something genuinely unexpected turns up once we open a wall or a boiler casing, we'll tell you before doing anything extra, not after.
How quickly can you get to a leak or emergency? +
We prioritise leaks and burst pipes over planned work, because the damage gets worse the longer water is running somewhere it shouldn't. Call us and we'll give you an honest idea of timing based on where we are in Leeds that day.
How long does a bathroom fitting usually take? +
It depends on the scope. A straightforward refit is a different job to a full reconfiguration with moved pipework, but we'll give you a realistic timeframe once we've seen the room and agreed the design. We'd rather give you a longer honest date than a short one we miss.
Will the same person who quotes my job be the one doing it? +
